Poor staff!

We were in a great and amazing location within a close distance from a large medieval baptistery. Standard double room accommodated us perfectly.

This venue is excellently located just a few meters away from an art museum.

The room was spotless 🧹. the location was perfect, just a short 10-15 minute stroll to the baths of Nero. It only took us about 20 minutes to walk to the downtown area.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, right next to the lake. We absolutely loved it! the room was clean, and the bed was so comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. And the best part? They had karaoke nights and a nearby casino, perfect for us as we love singing and trying our luck!

I absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere and charming decoration of the hotel. It reminded me of my grandmother's house, with its floral wallpapers and vintage furniture. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate around. I also appreciate that the hotel had easy accessibility features like ramps and handrails, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay for seniors.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and helpful. It would have been nice to have assistance with carrying my luggage or getting directions to nearby attractions.

We had a great stay at Ibis in a cozy room with a clean and comfortable bed. The location next to the lake was perfect, and the hotel itself lived up to the standard you would expect from an Ibis - it was clean and functional, providing us with everything we needed. Cons: For us, it was ideal! 😊.
